I believe someone will come out with a website where you can build your own music videos.
How romantic would it be to send someone a love song, that you sang, and a producer produced?
It would be amazing!  With today's technology, it will happen cost effectively, and technically not

Commercials

Eventually there will be a software program, or a website service that provides us TV programming
WITHOUT COMMERCIALS!    I am so sick of all the pharmaceutical commercials, and I know
you know what I am talking about.  Have acid?  Take this pill to eliminate the acid, but it may cause
this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this an that!  Give me a fricking break!  And buckoff!

And I don't want to see food ads at 10pm at night.  C'mon man!  Give my mind a break!  It is all
garbage!  The media is programming us to be consumers of stuff we don't need.  And usually not
good for us!  Back off already!

Tyler Perry

tyler perry on the final survivor show was a joke...    u can't tell me all of america, all of
his producers, writers, editors have not come up with an idea like this before???  c'mon
man...   it was just a way to get ratings for both parties...   so obvious...   u want ideas, i
will give them to you...  

just once, let america vote on who is eliminated...

let america vote who goes on who's team during the middle of the game...  

have a party during the middle of the game...  happy hour...   see how people
bond when their are having beers and wings, margaritas, fajitas, etc...    where
ALL enjoy at one time...  

go into the game with one idol hidden, no clues - when someone finds it, they put
out another...   etc...  etc...   etc...    see how many idols they can get in the game...
and u can only find ONE!

make it a rule to NOT allow talk of alliances...  everyone remains as an

Facebook is like a cesspool - all the attitudes, opinions, etc. about pets, meat, politics, government,
vets, war, politicians, etc etc etc.

People keep sharing their opinions with others, and they share it with their friends - over and over
again, same old shit.

People, we need to take action!  Stop complaining.  Stop depressing me.  TAKE ACTION!

Empires

Let us not forget the Romans and other great empires that came and went.  What did they do
wrong?  Will we follow down their roads?  What can we do to survive?  We must look
closely at these things, so that we do continue a high quality of life.  That should be
priority number one - I think!  E1

The 414

414 S Walts Ave that is.  I have so many writing projects in mind.  I never thought I would
delve into the world of horror.  I live in a big old house, built in 1904.  As I look around the
neighborhood, there are many lights, windows, doors - many people I have never met.  What
goes on is beyond me.  Then I got to thinking, what a great set this would make for a horror
film.  Where one home owner takes control of about eight different homes on the block.  They
are all on camera and miked for sound.  Their phone lines and internet are blocked from
communicating with the outside world.  They can not leave their property.  Some are
terrorized.  Some are murdered - you get the picture.  Maybe they figure out how to
communicate somehow with each other - thus gaining their freedom.  This could be fun!  E1

Valiant vegans Jessica Chastain and Woody Harrelson have earned kudos from the famed animal rights organization PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), which named the duo as thesexiest vegetarians of 2012. After following avegetarian diet for 15 years, Jessica dumped the dairy in her diet and has been a vegan for the past five years, she told PETA. And Woody has rocked it as a vegan for almost three decades.

Jessica made her decision based on her concern for animals. One of the stand-out stars of the acclaimed film "The Help," Jessica explained, "I don't want to torture anything. It's about trying to live a life where I'm not contributing to the cruelty in the world. While I am on this planet, I want everyone I meet to know that I am grateful they are here."

The Greatest City EVER!

Sioux Falls is a great city. Minnehaha is a great county. South Dakota is a great state.

And the United States of America is an amazing country. We all know this to be true.

But time does NOT stand still. With time comes about change. And change can be good. And change

can be bad. We must be prepared for both.

Some say that China has a 100 year plan. Sounds unimaginable doesn't it? Most businesses focus on

the weeks ahead. Some have a twelve month plan, while others might look into the future 3 to 5 years.

We as a city, a community of 160,000 strong must plan deep into the future, so that we do not fail like the

once great city of Detroit.

Detroit currently has over 100,000 empty buildings and homes. A tragedy for sure. Their infrastructure

is so weak, there are talks of bulldozing one fourth of the city. They did not plan. They did not have their

future in mind. They thought that they would grow and grow forever. Well, they failed quite miserably.

We can not let the same thing happen to our great city. We must build a solid infrastructure that will

support our growth, which will surely happen. We have gone from 109,000 people in 1980 to 160,000

citizens in just over 30 years. One day we WILL hit one million people. Yes we will. Will it be in 2050?

Will it be in 2080? Or maybe 2120? Who knows - only time will tell. Will we be prepared? We will be

if we have the proper people in office. If we dare to dream big, and far into the future.

First we must control growth. At some point, people are going to flock to South Dakota because our

economy, food supply, medical coverage and more are so appealing. While growth is good, we must

protect the people who were born here, on South Dakota soil. Those people who have lived here for

decades, generation after generation. Don't think about yourself, think about future generations. Do you

have grand children? One day your grand children will have grand children. What lies ahead for them?

Only you can now, today, start their future by making the right decisions.

Who has ;that vision? I do.  I want my future grand children, and their

grand children to have all the opportunity that I have today in the year 2014. 2124 will be here one day.

And I believe Sioux Falls, I believe South Dakota will be a greater city and state than they are today!

I have always wanted to be a writer. I have so many projects in the works. But, being

artistic is like winning the lottery. Chances are slim to be successful. But I will

die trying!

I am a Gleek for sure. Last night i cried when they cleared out the chorus room, as

glee club came to an end. I am a very passionate person. And sensitive. I felt their

pain and loss.

I would like to write a movie called 'Fanfare'. It could be set in today's world, ala

Drum Line'. Or it could be set in the early 70's where a man comes to a small school

in the midwest. There are only eight band members, and he builds it to 80.

Eventually they become a powerhouse in their division at the state level. Later on

they even get recognition at the International level. This could even be delivered as

a TV program.

I lived this.  It would be so easy to write.  Now if Brian Helgeland would just call me.

Codependency

I laugh when people tell you, me or someone else they should not be codependent.  You should be happy with yourself, and not rely on anyone or anything.  This is kinda true, but if you think you are not codependent, you are kidding yourself.

I believe we all have the need for something.  Whether it is money, food, an addiction, a friend, a lover, a family member, a pet, car, home, insurance - we all DEPEND on many things in life.  So we are ALL codependent, some just more than others.

Aliens Interview Earth

I recently thought of another awesome movie idea.  In this film, intelligent aliens visit the planet.  And they communicate with world leaders.  The aliens assess each nation, pointing out each one's strengths and weaknesses.  They then give each nation instructions on how to improve.  And if they don't improve (eliminate dictators, etc.) they will be punished severely.

The plot of the film is to get ourselves to examine ourselves from the outside.  How we are perceived by aliens, not ourselves.  Because only then can we truly evolve I think.  We must identify our weaknesses, and then come up with an action plan to correct our problems, which are many!

The $100,000 Pullup

Yes I like to dream - we all do.  I have so many plans once i finally hit the lottery!  Here is one.

We shoot a reality show called the one hundred thousand dollar pullup.  In this show I hire a personal trainer and a chef to help me get into shape.  I go from 280 to 200, plus I gain a LOT of muscle tissue.  So much I can finally do a pullup, maybe even more than one, LOL.  Anyways, 100k is spent getting there.

The Empire

All dynasties come to an end, eventually.  When will that happen in the US?  Or will the people once again revolt against the idiotic politicians and government, and rewrite the rules?  I hope this happens soon.  I am sad that I will probably miss it.

I don't think it will be a nuclear apocalypse, or biological either.  No one wants that except maybe for a few small minds or terrorists.

We need to bring home our troops.  Get a handle on our budget.  Stop illegal immigration.  Shore up our borders.  Make the lazy people work, who can.  Take care of ONLY the ones who truly can't.  Bring back the middle class.  Slow down the rich from getting richer.  Mentor the poor into being productive.  Stop processing food.  Provide affordable healthcare.  Educate our children (there is not one perfect education system, everyone learns differently).  Zero population growth would be nice.  Stop the idiotic marketing campaigns of the pharmaceutical companies.  Ditch the Republican and Democrat system - who needs labels.  Being a politician should not be a get rich career, like it is now - this is SO pathetic.  Transparency is needed at every level.  Rebuild the infrastructure.  Don't build on coastlines that may one day be under water.  Handle our resources and water supplies.  (stop building in the desert? lol)  Only get involved with other countries if their dictator is committing crimes against humanity.  Stop the idiotic war on drugs.  Set the message to ALL that murder and rape (etc.) will NOT be tolerated.  At all!!!

This list will continue to grow - but we need a new mantra for our great country, to once again make it great!

NHL

My hockey experiences have been much like MLB.  I did NOT like watching hockey on TV at all growing up.

Then one day I moved to Denver, Colorado and I attended my first hockey match.  It was Denver University and Colorado College.  It was AmaZing!  I really enjoyed it in the flesh.

Shortly later the Colorado Avalanche came to town.  So did Patrick Roy.  So did the Stanley Cup.  TWICE!  NICE!

I have also attended the Phoenix Coyotes as well.  I am not a nut, bug I am a phan of Hockey!

Osphena & Other Pharmaceutical Companies

Just saw a TV commercial for Osphena.  They claim to 'improve vaginal tissue'.  It is Saturday morning right now - so I would expect children will hear this message thousands of times by the time they 'might' need it.  Same way with four hour erections.  The SHIT pharmaceutical companies are brain washing us with is pathetic.  It has got to stop.

If I have an illness or a concern, I will research my symptoms on the internet and/or see a doctor.  All the marketing messages are doing is programming our minds to look for any little problem, and over compensate for it with chemicals.  Pills are not the answer people, wake the puck up!

Diet and exercise are essential for good health.  NOT a fricking pill.  I will concede that in some situations, medicine is necessary.  BUT LET ME FIND THEM - DON'T RAM THEM DOWN MY THROAT WILL ALL THESE STUPID MARKETING MESSAGES.  PUCK OFF!!!

Home Base Business Opportunities, Infomercials & Telemarketing

Listen closely people, home  base  business opportunities DO NOT WORK!  I REPEAT - THEY DO NOT WORK!!!  I know from many years of experience.  The people selling them make a TON - YOU WILL NOT!  nuff said

Infomercials are scary.  They try way too hard to sell you something.  This means you probably don't need it.  Why do they sit there for thirty minutes and tell you that you need it - cuz u don't!  Even if they give you a second one for free.  Even if they have a money back guarantee (most people never request it or receive it).  Even if they wave shipping and handling charges.  Infomercials are expensive to produce and to air on TV, which tells me/you that they are making a ton of money.  Impulse buys are bad news.

Telemarketing is also expensive, and the telemarketers make great money.  This means the value is negligible at best.  Tell them to add you to the do not call list and hangup.  Always!  DNC then HU!

Trust me on this people...  please...

And if you have aged parents or grand parents, try to monitor their credit cards and bank accounts.  They are more likely to answer the phone, and listen, and buy.  Please protect them.  I have seen seniors get taken for tens of thousands of dollars.  True story.

MLB

Growing up in South Dakota.  Growing up playing a LOT of golf - I did not spend much time
watching baseball.  On TV I thought it was boring.  While in Denver, the Rockies came to
town.  I went to 14 games at Mile High Stadium, they lost 11, most by many points.  I started
to watch their games on TV, and I learned to like an appreciate the game of baseball.

Fast forward to moving to Phoenix in 1997.  The Diamondbacks came to town.  I had the
privilege of going to the Inaugural Game at BOB - Bank One Ballpark.  One of the most
powerful moments of my life I think - especially when a Stealth Bomber did the flyover.

WOW!!!

To top that off, I had the privilege of going to Game 7 of the World Series vs. the Yankees.
The Diamondbacks won all four home games, including the 7th - and we were World
Champions.  I got to watch the game at Front Row Friday's (in the stadium) thanks to a
friend.  After we won, we were showered from head to toe in champagne.  Soaked!  Later
outside, the police were spraying pepper spray above the crowd, as we were to packed in.

Pandora Radio

I am a big, big, big fan of Pandora.com!  It allows me to pretty much put all the music that I like in one place.  Considering that I have thousands of songs that I love, it would cost me a fortune to download them all at $1.29 per song.  My playlist is 'The VERY best of Exponential One!'  Check it out if you like.

I would like to see a few enhancements to it, and I am sure they have already thought about it.
--One scenario is to rate songs, and then play them back according to their score/rating.  There
should also be a choice if I want a 3 star rating system, or 5 star, or 10 star.  If I have a zero to 3
star rating selected, a song with a 0 would never be played, while a 3 star would be played three
times to a one star rating - make sense?  A two star song would be played twice as often as a one
star song.  Etc...  etc...   etc...
--Another option that I would like to see is to categorize the songs.  By artist, album, year, genre, etc.
So at the click of a button, I could just play my 1998 songs.  Or I could play 'romantic' songs.  Or
party songs, Christmas songs, techno, jazz, etc.  I know that I can have more than one radio station,
but I want everything under one roof.  But I want to be able to tweak my playlist for my mood or
for the occasion.
