i think that we need at least 51% of the vote before we go to war (except to protect ourselves)

and if 51% of us vote to go to war - THAT 51% CAN GO PUT THEIR LIVES ON THE
LINE AND ONLY THEM WOULD VOLUNTEER TO FIGHT...  SERIOUSLY...   E1
