Empires

Let us not forget the Romans and other great empires that came and went.  What did they do
wrong?  Will we follow down their roads?  What can we do to survive?  We must look
closely at these things, so that we do continue a high quality of life.  That should be
priority number one - I think!  E1

The 414

414 S Walts Ave that is.  I have so many writing projects in mind.  I never thought I would
delve into the world of horror.  I live in a big old house, built in 1904.  As I look around the
neighborhood, there are many lights, windows, doors - many people I have never met.  What
goes on is beyond me.  Then I got to thinking, what a great set this would make for a horror
film.  Where one home owner takes control of about eight different homes on the block.  They
are all on camera and miked for sound.  Their phone lines and internet are blocked from
communicating with the outside world.  They can not leave their property.  Some are
terrorized.  Some are murdered - you get the picture.  Maybe they figure out how to
communicate somehow with each other - thus gaining their freedom.  This could be fun!  E1

Milk - And Other BS Advertising - Woody Harrelson Speaks Out On Milk

Valiant vegans Jessica Chastain and Woody Harrelson have earned kudos from the famed animal rights organization PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), which named the duo as thesexiest vegetarians of 2012. After following avegetarian diet for 15 years, Jessica dumped the dairy in her diet and has been a vegan for the past five years, she told PETA. And Woody has rocked it as a vegan for almost three decades.

Jessica made her decision based on her concern for animals. One of the stand-out stars of the acclaimed film "The Help," Jessica explained, "I don't want to torture anything. It's about trying to live a life where I'm not contributing to the cruelty in the world. While I am on this planet, I want everyone I meet to know that I am grateful they are here."

As for Woody, who garnered attention in "The Hunger Games," turning vegan has become a lifestyle since age 24, when he learned he was lactose intolerant. Woody was suffering from "acne all over my face" and what seemed like a perpetual cold. But when he bid cheese and milk adieu, his symptoms vanished. And so did his belief in the advertising slogan, "Milk does a body good," he told Esquiremagazine recently. "There are all these things we're brought up to believe that are just a total hoax, just bullshit advertising, you know?" And for anyone who doubts just how serious he is about his vegan diet, consider the ultimate sacrifice: Twinkies! When Woody was filming "Zombieland," the producers had to call upon their chefs to craft vegan Twinkies, according to OMG-Facts.
